Laying Up Supper-22nd Oct 2010

A good evening with 24 members and partners gracing the tables and judging by the plates enjoying the food placed before them! This is the only occasion during the year that we forsake "Frederica Johanna" and go 'out on the town' as a club.

Personally, I thought the venue fitted the bill, Mine Host and Hostess extremely obliging and pleasant. 

Its worth noting that the St Crispin Inn lets rooms and chalets for overnight stops (or longer)

Well Saturday looked as if the curse of Dennis had struck yet again! Foggy, over cast with stronger easterly winds predicted, depending on which forecast you listen to. 16th Ramsgate East Brownies  On Saturday afternoon, 23rd October, Jan Holden brought her brownie pack to Sandwich and the barge to play skittles. The weather wasn’t kind but apart from a couple of very light showers it remained dry. WELL, the competition was fierce to say the least.
